Our Valpolicella is perfectly identified with the characteristics of its land of origin and indigenous grapes: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara.
The colour is a light red, vibrant with hints of fresh red fruits, unripe fruits and green pepper. It has a very good acidity, great body and a great balance.
We suggest to drink it within a couple of years, to store it in a cool place (15° C), humid (75%) and with no sunlight. The suggested serving temperature is 15° C.
