The varieties Grignano and Favarol appear to blend among the rows of vines, surrounded by picturesque hills, where the silence of November gives us precious olives harvested manually and made by cold pressing.
The result is an oil with vegetables hints, some spicy notes and an almond, artichoke aftertaste.
